Terms of Service

I have the right to deny any commission for any reason.I accept payment over Paypal, Kofi, Venmo, Cashapp, or various gift cards. Gift cards I accept include: Nintendo, Amazon, PlayStation, Steam, or Discord Nitro.I am a transgender artist who has not legally changed his name yet. Because of this, I kindly ask you to ignore my listed name on payment sites.Payment will be given after the sketch is approved, with the exception of YCHs. YCHs will be paid 100% full upfront.Once the line art is finished and approved, no refund will be given.I charge a 30% fee for people who do not have a proper reference sheet. This fee will be discussed when determining payment for the commission.I have an up to 50% complexity fee for complex and detailed characters. This fee will be discussed when determining payment for the commission.I am free to use the finished art piece for promotional purposes. This includes: posting it on social media (while stating it is a commission) and adding it to my commission examples on this document.You are allowed to post the finished commission on social media but you are required to link credit back to myself by providing a direct link and/or @.You are NOT allowed to have the artwork used on physical merch products unless it is discussed beforehand. The code is serval.The art piece will be delivered within one month of the commission being started. It might be delivered sooner or later, but this will be communicated to the client.By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and understand my terms of service.

payment

When paying using Paypal, Venmo, or Cashapp, I will request you send the money directly. However, I may send an invoice if you request.Payment for normal commissions will be given after the sketch is provided and approved. No refunds will be given after the line art is sent and approved.Payment for YCHs (your character here) will always be paid upfront. A rough work in progress sketch can be provided before payment if requested.Payment for commissions over the price of $40 can have the payment done 50% after the sketch, and 50% after the line art.

revisions

During the sketch and line art phase, you are free to request an unlimited amount of changes and adjustments. If you wish to change something after line art is completed, you might be subject to a fee depending on how major the change is. This fee will be up to $20usd and will be communicated with you.

Posting and crediting

You are allowed to post the finished commission on social media, but only if you provide a direct link and/or @ to my social media accounts. A list of my social media accounts is listed above. For Toyhouse, please make sure the artist credit is @lynxkiin_.

Any NSFW, pornographic content, or fetish material. This includes kink-related or paraphilic pride flags.
Content that is meant to offend, harass, or harm any group of people.
Feral animals or animals on all fours.
Gore - including visible broken bones or organs, large amounts of blood, major injuries etc.
Styles that are not my own- such as realism or the styles of other artists.
Art of real life people.
